I got on the scale today and I am minus 1.4 pounds. Woot! Eddie also did a weigh-in this morning since he's starting a 9-day body cleanse today. But I'll let him share those great adventures.

Nighttime Snacks

Ok, I admit this picture has absolutely nothing to do with food -- but hot damn! I love me some Robert Pattinson. I'm RobSessed. And even the Team Jacob people (ahem, KT) get a little eye candy.

I'm thinking that maybe this weird fixation will help control my tendency to snack after dinner. So that's the baby step I'm starting with: no eating after 8 o'clock. Will it work? Can I resist the inevitable crunch-and-munch sound that my nightsnacking husband often partakes in?

We shall see. For inspiration, Robert Pattinson. Yay.

Weekends in Philly

 
This past weekend, Amihan and I shot down to Philly to watch the Eagles game and hang out with Bayani (and Liza, Dad). These two really love playing together.

Also, here's our pre-game meal that Dad and me had. Longonisa, Fish balls, Adobo and rice of course. Feel the poundage coming on already.
