
I'm thinking that maybe this weird fixation will help control my tendency to snack after dinner. So that's the baby step I'm starting with: no eating after 8 o'clock. Will it work? Can I resist the inevitable crunch-and-munch sound that my nightsnacking husband often partakes in?
